Chris Rodgers is Vice President of Operational Excellence at INX International Ink Co., where he leads Industry 4.0 initiatives, including the implementation of AI, SCADA, and connected worker technologies across global operations. With more than 30 years of experience at INX, he has built the company’s TPM structure, developed the INX PMT tool, and expanded ODEN in operations. Chris holds a B.S. in Polymer Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His vision is to foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives efficiency, safety, and customer value.

Currently the Director of Lifecycle & Manufacturing Solutions at MaintainX, and previously, he held roles at Roeslein & Associates and Honeywell, where he managed facilities with more than 1,000 machines and developed strategies to reduce operating costs and increase capabilities.
