With more than 30 years of experience at INX, he has built the company’s TPM structure, developed the INX PMT tool, and expanded ODEN in operations. Chris holds a B.S. in Polymer Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His vision is to foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives efficiency, safety, and customer value.

Currently the Director of Lifecycle & Manufacturing Solutions at MaintainX, and previously, he held roles at Roeslein & Associates and Honeywell, where he managed facilities with more than 1,000 machines and developed strategies to reduce operating costs and increase capabilities.
