David Rios is an accomplished reliability and maintenance leader with extensive experience driving asset performance, maintenance strategy, and operational reliability across the steel, cement, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He currently serves as Senior Reliability Engineer at Rocky Mountain Steel Mills in Pueblo, Colorado. His career includes leadership roles with Amazon Elite Line Services, Cooper & Turner, GCC Rio Grande, and Holcim in both the United States and Mexico, with expertise in reliability engineering, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence. David holds an MBA from the University of Nuevo Leon and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Centro de Estudios in Monterrey, Mexico. He also maintains multiple industry certifications in vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, preventive maintenance, and risk-based maintenance.
