Juston Dosser

Solutions Architect

Juston brings 12 years of experience in manufacturing, specializing in Oil and Gas. With expertise across operations, engineering, lean practices, and project management, Juston connects internal teams and customers to drive reliability and cost savings by reducing failures and minimizing downtime. His collaborative approach is essential in delivering solutions that enhance asset performance and deliver measurable business value.

Chad McCuen

Asset Reliability Technician

Chad grew up a “capital city kid” with a drive to serve and explore. At 17, he joined the U.S. Army through the delayed entry program, serving in Germany, Korea, and Southwest Asia during Desert Shield Desert Storm.
In 2008, he moved to the Pacific Northwest and spent 16 years at the iconic Timberline Lodge—famously featured in The Shining—working outdoors in every kind of weather.Today, Chad puts his dedication and hands-on skill to work as an Asset Reliability Technician at AssetWatch, installing and deploying condition monitoring solutions that help customers achieve long-term reliability. As Chad says, “After 16 years outside, I decided it was time for a real job… and I did one better—I got a real good job. I love what I do.”
